 * Hello, I am a moron.
    I was editing the plug in Easy Sign up’s easy-sign-up/lib/
   esu-simple-data-page.php
 * I screwed up and when i went to paste the original back in did not work. Can 
   someone give me the code so i can put it back in as I am getting this error.
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /hsphere/
   local/home/c128363/15years.today/wp-content/plugins/easy-sign-up/lib/esu-simple-
   data-page.php on line 36

 * I went in to the server and replaced the entire folder and its back up now. Sorry
   to waste everyones time.

 * Happy you got it sorted out Allen. just remember that you don’t need to edit 
   the plugin to hide the phone # field just use the following in your short code*:
 * _phone=”0”_
 * `[easy_sign_up phone="0”]`
 * Or use the widget’s settings.
 * This info is available on the plugin’s help tab in your website’s WordPress dash
