# HELP! Importing errors

 * This is the error message I get when I try to import my old blog to my new one.
   Who do I contact and what could be going wrong?!! Please help me!

 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [support@supportwebsite.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/help-importing-errors/support@supportwebsite.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

   host are you with? You could try their support and see if they can unscrew things.

 * What is the size of the file you are trying to import. Most default WP installations
   cannot import any file larger than 2Mb’s.
