# Problem with plugin

 * Hi guys,
    I need a few lines of code that will include in my “get a quote” page
   a dropdown list of posting options (two options: Public Post and Courrier Service)
   and a dropdownlist of paying options (Three options: Credit card, On Delivery
   and Bank Deposit)so the client can choose between the options and the shop admin
   will know what the client preffers about these matters and include the extra 
   cost to the replied offer. Any help will be considered valuable. Thank you!!
