 * Without seeing the code that’s generating this error, I’d guess that there’s 
   a blank line(s) at the beginning or end (or both) of the file.

 * Eh – answered too quickly. (Assuming you don’t know which file is causing the
   error.)
 * If this is happening on a fresh install of WP – the easiest way to correct this
   is to simply re-download/reinstall.
 * It’s difficult to troubleshoot this effectively without more information, though.
