    Hi @averta,

Thank you for all the great work, I have subscribed to your pro service.

I am using Hostinger as my server hosting. All my plugin and wordpress version are all updated, and have deactivated all unnecessary plugin for testing purpose.

    Please check over two problems.

    1. Even I use pre-made template without editing, and paste straight directly to {short-code} of Elementor, the supposed slideshow keep loading and never showing up. But when I use WordPress editor, there is no problem. Conflict with Elementor ?

    2. Picture from my photo is gone when preview, while words and animation or picture from stock photo works normally. I have tried with multiple pre-made template. Situation are same.

Hi. Judging by the details you have mentioned, the problem is most probably related to the media source. It can be a conflicting CDN feature or the infamous Mixed Content problem. Please check our guidelines here and make sure to check your browser console for any possible errors. That could help identify the problem. https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/267-not-showing-ssl https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/266-browser-console

I am not sure whether I can say this here or not, but you can submit a ticket from your members area to get priority support, since you are a paid user of Depicter

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes. It is the mixed content problem, creating the hidden “my picture” problem, and I have resolved by installing Really Simple SSL plugin. But my Elementor page still not working for depicter, still keep loading, and these are the error message reflected by Chrome.

    1. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘right’)
      at horizontal (content.js:1:16086)
      at content.js:1:16181

Sorry, I am new to wordpress, and don’t know how to use ticket system. May you please tell me how to perform ticket action ?

Look forward to seeing your reply.

    @averta

Further to your reply about ticket system, I have tried asking to the supporting group. But he replied by him just being sales, unable to answer technical question, not sure is it the ticket system you mentioned.

    Thank you!

Hi. I have checked your conversation with our support agent. It seems that you did not follow up after your first message.

Regarding the problem you are facing, please note that JS errors generally cause cascading problems. This means that what you are seeing as the error message, can be the result of another initial error, a conflict, or interruptions. And from what we have seen before, probably the Mixed Content problem is still causing this. Sometimes this issue goes deep and you need to take care of that properly. I recommend that you follow up on your ticket and we will continue to assist you to troubleshoot the problem.

    Regards
