Help setting up a Mullet Loop

I am hoping to set up my site with a mullet loop that displays our “latest podcast episode” as an entire post at the top, and then each other episode below it in the masonry style they are right now.

I’ve tried a few sections of code I found online but nothing worked so far. Would anyone be so kind to help me with the specific style of this theme?
