 * Hello, I need help I want to put a platform in place that will handle this:
 * 1- that the theme or module displays a window pop-pu inviting the user to connect
   or register with choice for online training or training and that the fields adapt
   according to the choice
 * 2- that the registered user sees only the courses of the category that he chose
   when registering at level 1 for example if his choice was on the online training
   that he sees only the courses of this category
 * 3- that the theme or module allows the admin to see all those who have enrolled
   in a given category for example that he can see all the registrants of the category
   training and the details concerning this registered user to know his name, first
   name, phone number, email address, etc.
 * if someone has an idea that he proposes it to me I am interested in suggestions
   too, I must present the project before the end of the week

 * I suggest you look for some sort of online education plugin that offers many 
   of the features you are looking for. Pick the best fit even if it’s not perfect.
   Any additional needs will likely need to be custom coded to extend the plugin’s
   functionality. This is not to say you couldn’t add multiple plugins together 
   to get what you want, but overlapping features are more likely to conflict with
   one another.
 * FWIW, themes are supposed to mainly style your content and not add additional
   functionality. Added functionality is supposed to be the realm of plugins. That
   said, there are many commercial themes that also provide added functionality.
