# Help to debug auth error

 * I’ve setup an internal site to use as Intranet and configure the Next AD Integration
   plugin.
    All the user authentication is working fine, but I noticed a lot of 
   auth errors on Domain Controllers Security Logs. All errors is associated to 
   this website.,
 * EventID 4625
    Failure Reason: Unknown user name or bad password. Account Name:
   the login that I configured on Next Itegration Source Network Address: IP from
   WordPress Server.
 * My question is: how can I track the source of this problem, because the user 
   authentication is working fine.

 * Please enable the [debug.log](https://active-directory-wp.com/docs/Configuration/Logger.html)
   and then check the timestamps of the Event Log entry with the entries inside 
   the debug.log.
 * Maybe you have configured an account for “Sync to WP” and that one has an invalid/
   wrong password.
