# Help to Exclude JavaScript Files

 * Thank you for the recent updates; they have significantly improved the experience
   on the site.
 * I am working on optimizing the site’s performance with WP-Rocket, specifically
   trying to delay the loading of JavaScript to speed up the site. However, this
   has caused a minor issue with the image gallery in the listings, as users now
   need to interact with the screen for them to fully load.
 * It seems that if I exclude the JavaScript files of the gallery from the WP-Rocket
   settings, the problem is resolved.
 * Could you help me identify which JavaScript files of the gallery I should add
   to the exclusion list? I am attaching a screenshot to show you exactly what is
   happening.

   There have two JS files for gallery. One for slider and another for magnific
   popup. Do you want to exclude slider file and take decision to don’t use slider?

 * Thank you for your prompt response. To clarify, my intention is not to stop using
   the slider but to ensure that both the slider and the magnific popup function
   correctly without delaying the page load. I am specifically looking for the names
   of the JavaScript files for these features to exclude them from WP-Rocket’s Delay
   JavaScript Execution feature, as suggested in the documentation: [WP Rocket – Delay JavaScript Execution](https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1560-delay-javascript-execution-compatibility-exclusions?utm_source=wp_plugin&utm_medium=wp_rocket).
 * I have tried with general exclusions like `/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.
   min)?.js` and `/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js`, but it seems I need to specifically
   identify and exclude the files related to the slider and magnific popup. Could
   you provide me with the exact names or paths of these JavaScript files?

 * I tried to exclude the JavaScript files you mentioned, but unfortunately, the
   outcome wasn’t as expected and it caused some errors in the site’s functionality.
   It seems that excluding those specific files disrupts other functionalities that
   are crucial for the user experience on our site. ;-(

 * Hi,
   First of all, you are trying to find out speed related issue where you guess
   that it’s for JS script. So, you can create a staging site then exploring it 
   which file responsible for it. When you are doing it in staging site then you
   did not bother about others error. After finding then we can try to fix it.
 * I know, you are using our Classima theme. So if you want, you can create ticket
   for it from our site.
