 * Hi I updated to wordpress 4.5.3 last night and now I can’t access the admin area
   or my website and get the following error messages. I also updated a few plugins
   beforehand.
 * can someone please help get it all back up. I’ve searched the forum and found
   posts with a similar query but all seem to give different advice to each query.

 * It seems the plugin `simple-ajax-chat` is corrupted. Try renaming the plugin’s
   folder to something else in `wp-content/plugins` to deactivate it then try redownloading
   the plugin.

 * The plugin is not “corrupted”, but it does expect to find the `wp-load.php` file
   in the default location. I am working to change this behavior in a future update,
   so as not to assume the location of the file.
 * In the meantime, yes that advice is correct, please rename the `/simple-ajax-
   chat/` plugin folder to something else, like `/simple-ajax-chat-disabled/`, and
   the error will stop. Afterward, because your site’s `wp-load.php` file is not
   in the expected/typical location, I recommend uninstalling Simple Ajax Chat for
   the time being.
