# Help with a plugin creation

 * I need some help with the creation of a plugin. I’m trying to create a classified
   system that will be categorized and it will build up a directory divided by states.
   So far I have started to build the class that and I’m having a little trouble
   with the part that will handle the html. First how to output the html? This has
   to be handled by the class? Second, how can I paginate the results?
    The goal
   would be letting registered users to create a classified that will be shown on
   a directory (permalinks for seo) and let the administrator moderate the classifieds
   posted and create categories. Thanks in advance.
