# Help with browser issue

 * my page [http://sushijedimanual.com](http://sushijedimanual.com) views well in
   firefox, but in IE, safari and chrome it shows up as a .gz download. Please help.
   I have gone through my files on my ftp and dont even see a .gz.

 * Are you running any caching plugins? If so, turn them off and see if it resolves.

 * I was running WP Super Cache Version 0.9.9.9
    I deactivated it and the problem
   is gone. My pages were also loading like molasses in winter. Now they are like
   lightening. Ironic, this plugin was supposed to speed things up. Thanks you solved
   2 problems for me!

 * Your server may not be WP Super Cache friendly :/ it happens. It’s also possible
   you set it up wrong.
