Help with Importing Categories

Just purchased the Premium version of fg-drupal last week. I’ve managed to import everything from Drupal…except categories. The only one that is coming through is ‘Uncategorized’. The categories on Drupal are built within Structure/taxonomy/filters. Does fp-drupal expect the categories to be in that location? If not is there a workaround? Other than that this is a great plugin. I’m just hoping I don’t have to manually set the category for 3000 blog posts. Thanks in advance.
