# Help with layout problem

 * Hi
    I am running in to the problem this days WP for some reason totally change
   HTML code and destroy layout Is there any way to prevent this happened? Plus 
   if code have tables it display borders that I do not need.. Any one know how 
   to stop this too ..

 * Not sure what you mean with regards to changing the HTML code & layout. With 
   regards to the borders, you need to edit the style.css file in your theme.
 * To find out which bits to modify, use firefox & install firebug. Then inspect
   the problematic element & firebug will tell you what in style.css are controlling
   the look of the item.

 * if you are working with html in your posts and pages, disable the visual editor
   tab –
 * _**dashboard – users – your profile**_ – **Visual Editor** [ ] Disable the visual
   editor when writing

 * Hi Tom
    Thanx for reply What I men is I would pate html file in to a WP post 
   and it would add </br>and <p> any where it not needed. Now I am getting spaces
   where I do not need and some other nonsence I test my files and they are correct
   error free I start getting this lately with the newer version of WP Any Idea 
   why?

 * When you are writing in the editor are you switching from visual to html before
   you input the content? (button just above the text entry box)

    I just did it still change the way file saved compare to what 
   I paste….. Any sugdestions?
