# Help with Parse Error

 * Please help, I am receiving the below error when trying to us the Felice theme
   from Bluchic. They are not offering any support because it is a free theme. I
   understand the error may be something quite simple, but have not been able to
   solve it from googling and I really have no idea about PHP! Thanks in advance.
 * The error reads: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘WP_Widget’ (T_STRING)
   on line 11
 * Line 11 is
    WP_Widget::__construct( false, __( ‘Ace Social Networks’,’ace’ ),
   $widget_ops );
 * The rest of the code is below:
