 * Hi there,
 * I have a license for this add-on – I am still using version 2.4.4 and I need 
   to update to 3.1.3.
 * My issue is that my WP application is not visible from outsite, so I can not 
   update via WP SFTP system, meaning I need to grab files and drop them directly
   manually in case of plugins. That said, would you please send me a ZIP file please
   with version 3.1.3 so I can install it manually please?
