Helpl me with “Advanced JavaScript code for onClick action” in ShortcodeUltimate

I am creating a button with Shortcodes Ultimate. I would like that when the user click on the button, a new link will be open automatically and at the same time a windows popup will opens, too (you can click on link below to see the picture of the popup that I said).
I see the section “onClick” with the note “Advanced JavaScript code for onClick action”. But I don’t know what the code to make a windows popup opened as in the picture I show you.
I don’t know anything about code as well as Javascript. Please help me with my problem. Thank you very much!
