Hero Slider Cropping Images — Even at Recommended Size (1920×1080)

    Hi Kharis,

    I’m using the a child theme of Sydney theme and running into a frustrating issue with the built-in Hero Slider. Even when I upload an image at the recommended 1920×1080 dimensions, it still gets cropped, cutting off important parts from the sides and bottom. Is there any way to prevent image cropping in the hero slider? How can I insert an image and have it display fully, exactly as I choose without cropping?
