    Hi,

    This division ‘primary/secondary’ is artificial, added just to follow WordPress user interface which allows to select the only role by default, which I called ‘primary’. There is a list of roles assigned to the user. If the functionality blocked for some role from the list, this functionality should be blocked for the user without looking, if that role is primary or secondary.

    You may create a copy of role with this option switch off and do not assign role with blocked functionality to this user as secondary one.

    I the mean time i am still using plugin Global Hide Toolbar.
