I kind of have an issue with paying again for a product that I couldn’t get to work properly in the first place.” **and never received a response….** * Updating requires that I purchase another license. The product wasn’t working properly with the last purchase, so why would I want to spend more money to update to “hope” it would work with an additional license purchase? * You call it extortion that I wrote a review that I received poor support, I call it extortion that you force people to pay to update under the guise that you ** might** help them after. * As I mentioned previously, I did that once before (paid to renew the license and update) and the ad inserter STILL to this day inserts ads within the blockquote despite emails back and forth requesting help to resolve it.
