Hide category, author, title in shared post?

When I share a post to facebook, the category, post title, post date, and author appear before the post body in the facebook post. Is there any way to hide any or all of this info? Ideally, I would like to see the post title (large font, bold), the image, and the first line or two of the post body with nothing else. For us, the category and author are not relevant in a share context, and the title is repeated unnecessarily.
