 * I’m not seeing the desktop menu.

 * The nav elements are hidden by default, depending on the html markup of the desktop
   menu sometimes it’s necessary to provide the specific html Id or class of the
   menu.
 * try to purge the cache, if you are still seeing the desktop menu send me a screenshot
   with that.

   you can see the default menu bar (white bar with the black logo) on top. How 
   can I remove this?

 * Hi, sorry another issue: I upgraded to the pro version, however my mobile menu
   doesn’t shoe 3rd level sub menu? I have a main menu, then a sub-menu, then a 
   sub-sub-menu (this does not appear for some reason), please could you let me 
   know how to fix this?

 * Regarding the desktop menu, I also checked it in mobile and I’m not seeing so
   that is definetly a cache issue. Clear the mobile browser cache and try in a 
   browser with a reduced window to confirm.
