Hide empty fields in mail message

    hey guys, i just want to hide empty fields in message form they will be send. is there any plugin or extension which do this easy? only field should be send they have any value. i only enter something in field1 in next example…

    Form Example (two input fields):
    [text test_one]
    [text test_two]
    [submit “send”]

    Message Example:
    Field1: [test_one]
    Field2: [test_two]

    Example mail i got:
    Field1: Test
    Field2:

    but i want to hide the text “Field2:”, because this has no input or a value when i submitted. can anyone help me please?
