I have uploaded an update. This should allow you to disable feedback for individual posts.

iam updated plugin ,, but i cant foound where i can disable feedback to some posts where i can found this setting

You have to go to a single post and then scroll down to the bottom. There are some options regarding Helpful. There you can also reset Helpful for only one post.

i cant find any setting for helpful plugin and iam open screen option and mark all screen

You first have to go to the Helpful settings and activate the metabox.
Helpful -> Settings -> Details -> Meta box -> Show Meta Box (checkbox)
After that you will see settings that affect Helpful.
