 * How do you hide the first post, so for example it pulls in all my posts except
   for the very latest?
 * This is my shortcode:
    `[ajax_load_more post_type="post" posts_per_page="3" scroll
   ="false" transition_speed="500" button_label="Load more posts." button_loading_label
   ="Loading posts..." container_type="div" css_classes="blk--blog__listing"]`

 * You can do this by adding offset=”1″ to your shortcode.
