Hide Giftpack Note text

Thanks again for the detailed screenshots!

The issue with the “Giftpack Note:” text still appearing on the cart and checkout pages after disabling the note function has now been fixed. It should no longer be visible anywhere on the site.

These updates are included in the latest version of the plugin, so please make sure to update to the newest version to see the changes.
