 * Hello,
 * I need to hide partial payment when using particular coupon.
 * For example if someone use coupon code for WELCOME I want to hide their partial
   payment from checkout page.
 * If before coupon applying they select partial payment I want to remove partial
   payment after the particular coupon applied.
