# Hide plugin version number in HTML code

* I know, I can edit the plugins file but it will be again rewritten after plugin
update so it will be good to optional hide the version number (or plugin + version
number) for security reasons.

* That would make it impossible for us to debug problems on the vast majority of
cases.
* For advanced users, like you, the `fb_og_output` filter can be used remove the
version number from the plugin output.
