# Hide sticky posts

 * Hi there,
 * I am using your awesome plugin on my website [http://www.datingwebsitesfor.com](http://www.datingwebsitesfor.com)
   and I am wondering if there is an easy solution or a way to hide sticky posts
   from showing up in your plugin.
 * In this post (using the short code at the bottom of the page) I have it set to
   show one post id. Which it is doing, however, it is also showing the two sticky
   posts I have.

   posts yet, and once again the two sticky posts are showing.

 * I’ve updated the [development version](https://github.com/billerickson/display-posts-shortcode)
   so you can exclude sticky posts. You can either download it there, or wait for
   the official new version to come out (should be any day now).
 * Here’s how you exclude sticky posts:
 * [display_posts exclude_sticky_posts=”true”]
