Hide sticky scroll to top button until view changes

I’ve created a “scroll to top” button that is set to sticky to bottom so that it is always visible at bottom of screen. This works fine. However, I would like button not to be visible until page is scrolled down past first page view. I tried the Motion effects transparency but I couldn’t get that to work for me.

Can someone help with css to achieve this? Or how to set the motion transparency if that does work for this.
