# Hide theme menu

 * Hi, I have tried to hide the theme menu but unable to do so? I have added the
   suggested code but it still appears? Im not sure the code is correct that is 
   suggested, please help. thank you.

 * You just need to provide the class for your theme’s menu that needs to be hidden.
   This is specific to your theme, so there isn’t just a standard class that is 
   used on every site. Did you follow the instructions in [Configuring Toggle Bar Display](http://sevenspark.com/docs/shiftnav/configuration/toggle-bar)
