 * Hi there, nice plugin.
 * i would like to by the premium version but i have a question before i purchase
   a license.
 * is there a way to remove the tooltip of the title when i hover ?
 * example:
 * `[expand title="Trigger Text" cookiename="monkey"]Content[/expand]`
 * if i hover over “Trigger Text” a tooltip is coming up and shows the word “Trigger
   Text” and i would like to get rid of that.
