 * After recent update (1.4.3) AME works strangely! some plugins became hidden and
   inaccessible ex. TablePress and WooCommerce.
 * To fix this issue I tried:
    1. Clicked “Load default menu” (didn’t fix anything)
    2. Re-inatlled (deactivate->delete->install) the missing plugins (fix WooCommerce
       while didn’t work for TablePress).
    3. Deactivated all the installed plugins except the hidden ones and AME (didn’t
       fix anything)
    4. Re-inatlled AME (didn’t fix anything and hide WooCommerce once again)
 * How can I reset my WP to the default values?
 * **NOTE**: see [this screenshot](http://i.share.pho.to/e58a2928_o.png) please.

 * It looks like you’ve already done extensive debugging; good job. However, there’s
one thing that seems to be missing from the list: what happens when you deactivate
AME? Does that fix the hidden/inaccessible plugins? Or does the problem persist
   even while AME is inactive?

 * > Does that fix the hidden/inaccessible plugins?
 * No it doesn’t affect at all. The hidden/inaccessible plugins persist on same
status (as I mentioned above, one thing changed when I Re-inatlled WooCommerce).
 * > does the problem persist even while AME is inactive?
 * Yes, it happens when AME is inactive.

 * In that case, the problem isn’t caused by AME. This plugin does not make permanent
changes to the admin menu, so deactivating it would have fixed any glitches it
may have caused. There is something else going on (e.g. a bug in another plugin).
 * To elaborate: Admin Menu Editor _can’t_ make permanent changes to menu. As in,
it physically can’t do that. This is because WordPress doesn’t store the admin
menu in the database or a file that could be modified by a plugin. Instead, WordPress
generates the menu dynamically each time you load an admin page. The only way
to change the menu is to do it “on the fly”, which would require the plugin to
   be active.
 * (Well, technically, you could also modify the admin menu by editing WP source
code. However, that’s very risky and AME definitely doesn’t do that.)

 * Sorry for delay. AME doesn’t cause this issue because I discovered that URE is
the reason of it as mentioned [in this thread](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/hides-some-plugins-1?replies=14).
 * Thank you guys for help.
