 * Hi, I am thinking about using your plugin along with a role management plugin
   to create a more streamlined dashboard for my editors/admin .
 * In regards to restricting plugins. I like how it removes them from the menu.
   Is it simply hiding them or hooking into not loading them? If this makes sense.
   I am wondering if this will help with memory usage or load times for the backend
   admin area.
 * Thanks!

 * The memory usage is not really a topic. I filter the menu of WordPress and check
   before the role of the current user.
 * But you can analyze this with plugins or custom source.
    like the plugin Debug
   Objects helps you to see memory usage.
