Hierachical sorting per category?

Hey There!

I have just tested several sitemap plugins and ended up using yours cause it fits best to what I’ve been looking for. It’s a very fine piece of work 🙂

There are a few small things I’d like to request though, for posts and custom posts is there a way to sort them per category without having to use a new short-code for each category? And is there a possibility to add or exclude certain categories?

I think it would make especially showing posts and custom posts in a better readable format.

And the second thing is that the page list isn’t hierarchal which is a pity cause it doesn’t show the parent from the sub pages.

Do you think you would consider adding these options in the next update?
