    Hello,

    when you select an appointment to book, the loading time to show the calendar is very high, about ten seconds.

    They don’t have many appointments reserved, about thirty or forty.

    I was thinking that the problem was the server, but I ran it in a local server and the problem persists.

    Could you try updating the plugin to the latest version (x.4.0.3) and turn on the new cache availability and new algorithm.

    Go to SSA Admin page > Settings > Developer Settings (very bottom of page) and under the Beta Features sections toggle on both the new availability algorithm and cache availability setting.

    Now, check the loading times of the booking calendar, a good loading time should be about 3 seconds or so.

    Hi Natalie,

    I have the latest version(1.4.0.0) and I have the new cache availability and new algorithm feature turned on in the beta section.

    I have reactivated the feature but the loading times are slow.

    Hi @revilosomar, we just released v1.4.0.3 a few minutes ago. In your WordPress dashboard, please go to Dashboard > Updates and click “Check Again” to force it to check ww.wp.xz.cn for the latest version.

    After upgrading, please enable the “Availability Caching” option under Developer settings, but if load time still doesn’t improve, please contact our Pro support at [email protected] and we’ll help you get this running faster
