I have optimised all the rows having overhead values in my WP database structure, installed W3 Total Cache… and it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue 🙁 I would not say there’s a large percentage of 404 errors. Recently removed WordPress. com Stats (which also didn’t help) WP-UserOnline (just did that..) The hosting says: “many of your requests are coming from the admin_ajax.php file which is very unusual. Do you have a plugin that modifies or adds functionality to the admin interface such as a widget?” Well.. Thank you! * I think it was WP-user online (the admin_ajax story was from the last time the hosting killed the site) I removed it back then but now something is causing a mess again. According to the host, might be one of these: * akismet advanced-excerpt all-in-one-seo-pack antivirus exclude-pages exec-php featured-content-gallery google-sitemap-generator mingle-forum user-photo wordpress- video-plugin wp-recaptcha * Now I replaced All in one SEO with Gregs high performance SEO (like they asked) and removed Exec-PHP (can’t really imagine the site without the rest of the plugins). Deleted all disabled plugins. Disabled the daily antivirus scan.
