# High sql size

 * Hello, My website is 5 years old. I had done many plugins install and uninstall
   on my starting days. I did not notice that all the database entry remains on 
   my website database. Now I can see that wp_options is 36GB in size. There are
   many rows in it, I think it is causing the high size. Is it possible to decrease
   the size of wp_options? If yes how? I can see that lots of rows for those plugins
   which was installed in my initial days.

 * Additionally, I found thousands of rows with rocket_rucss_warmup_resource_fetcher_batch_dbfab44
 * It seems wp rocket took a lot of space.

 * You can try cleaner plugins, such as
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/delete-expired-transients/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/delete-expired-transients/)(
   small one, cleans only expired transients)
 * or more sophisticated one (can also lead to some destruction)
 * [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/)
 * also make sure you can run OPTIMIZE on your data tables, via such plugin(s)
    
   or via phpMyAdmin tool

 * I run this command using ssh.
    `mysqlcheck -u root -p --all-databases -o #optimize`
 * but still it is 36gb.
    I have installed wp optimize plugin but when I open this
   plugin page, optimize tab keeps loading and my server cpu usages goes to 100%.
   and after few seconds page opens but it does not show any data. Here is the screenshot
