Higher quality previews?

    First off, I love this plugin. It decreased load times on my blog by about half. I know this is counterproductive to the idea of this plugin, but is there any way to get higher quality previews from the video, either from the 720p or 1080p video? I tried the ‘force hd’ button but I think that only works for the video itself. I am comfortable editing plugin files if there is a quick fix. Thanks!

    No problem; you can add “#hqThumb=1” to the httpv-link and (if available) the maxresdefault thumbnail will be shown.

    You can force that for all vids (with the risk of maxresdefault.jpg not being available, leaving you without a thumbnail) with the API as shown in lyte_helper.php_example.
