Highlighted Menu

If you want to reset the links highlight style (make all gray) you firstly need to remove the !important part from:

nav.standard ul li.current-menu-item a, nav.standard ul li.current_page_item a

selector in your CSS.

Then, you can reset their color to gray and add the highlight class to style them (give them dark color) like this:

/* reset color to gray */
nav.standard ul li.current-menu-item a._mPS2id-h,
nav.standard ul li.current_page_item a._mPS2id-h{
    color: #aaa;
}

/* highlight */
nav.standard ul li.current-menu-item a._mPS2id-h.mPS2id-highlight,
nav.standard ul li.current_page_item a._mPS2id-h.mPS2id-highlight{
    color: #000;
}
