 * Need to remove tags & categories on my blog. Installed Theme Highstarer
    Tried
   with css, but it is not working.

 * I see you moved on to a different theme but in case anyone still has issues with
   this, simple css can be the easiest way to remove them. Use the following css
   code in appearance => customize => additional css:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       .entry-meta.taxonomies .cat-links, 
       .entry-meta.taxonomies .tags-links {
       	display: none;
       }
       ```
