# hlsjs-lite Network Error

 * Hello,
 * I’m having trouble with playing back a HLS live stream. It was working fine but
   now it has stopped working. The player in the browser is showing a message “hlsjs-
   lite: Network Error”. I’m able to playback the stream with VLC so I know the 
   servers is running.
 * Any idea what the problem could be?

 * It turns out the cause of this problem is that the site is running HTTPS and 
   the live stream is over HTTP. From I’ve found so far the only solution is to 
   access the stream over HTTPS.
