Home page missing but not missing!

I’m VERY new to WP so please be specific in your answers as I know next to nothing.
My site is up link and I’ve managed to eliminate the “Home” on my title bar, I did it by simply deleting it but when I call up my web page I get the original template home page stating “This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?”…bla bla bla, so what did I do wrong and how do I fix it so this does not happen?
