Hey, I’m using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, and thanks to this, my website speed has improved. But there’s one issue—after installing the plugin, I’m facing a problem on mobile where my homepage doesn’t load; it just keeps buffering until I touch the screen (like tapping or scrolling). This isn’t happening on desktop, and everything works fine on PC. I’ve faced the same problem before, and it went away after deactivating the plugin—but whenever I enable it again, the same mobile loading issue comes back. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this? You can see it in the image I sent.

now I’d suggest to enable QUIC cloud CDN if possible

by the way , as of writing this reply , still seeing cf cache hit …

so enabling QUIC cloud CDN might solve this problem? Or I should integrate cloud flare in LiteSpeed Cache?

Edit: As you can see from my side CF cache is off

I don’t know if QC CDN will solve it or not , but I know CF page cache will create issue with certain options you have enabled.

thank you for the reply, can you tell me which certain option you’re talking about it? Or can you please help me to disable those options that are creating issues? 🙏🏻

guest mode , mobile cache , webp replacement , js/css minify/combine will have issue with other caching system

so it might be better disable CF page cache

I did everything I could. I have already disabled Cloudflare page cache – I created a bypass cache rule (I’ve sent you image) that disables ALL caching from Cloudflare.

I just checked; it’s showing the CF cache status is now showing ‘EXPIRED.’ Please check by your side as well. and this my browser cache settings, do you recommend me any changes?

EXPIRED is not enough , it need to be BYPASS or DYNAMIC

I-Got you. I’m still trying to figure out how to set that as a bypass. But do you recommend any changes to the browser cache settings? Please refer to the image I shared above.

browser cache is good , longer than 180 days should be enough.

This is my CF cache rule in order to stop caching through CF, as you can see in the image. Do you recommend any changes for me? This all i can do to stop CF cache. 🙏

I am not particularly familiar with CF, and I can still see page cache…

Hi, after working on it, now it’s showing cf-cache-status: DYNAMIC. Can you recheck it?

it seems you also disabled cache for static resources

ideally , you should keep cache for static resorces, while make it dynamci for page itself

    Thread Starter souravjj4

    (@souravjj4)

Oh? How did you find that out? I honestly don’t remember disabling cache for static resources. I do remember creating a rule just to bypass Cloudflare cache, but I didn’t intentionally disable static resource caching. Could you please guide me on how to re-enable it properly please? I’m not very familiar with these technical steps.
