Horrible Support

    I’ve had a course created and nearly already to go except with one minor glitch, that quizzes won’t load. I’ve been in contact with support for nearly two weeks now trying to fix issue. The support keeps confusing my site with other users sites and tells me the issue is fixed when it is not. Feels like a scam.

    Hi,

    As I told you in the topic, your site has a Js error, that’s the cause of the problem, please view this image: https://prnt.sc/Wp-EUyn0YMuL
    Fix that error by trying to disable each plugin or switch to the default WordPress theme. Almost our customers don’t have the error like you.
