great support but slow initial response

    It took 2 weeks before someone from the Amelia team really started trying to help me. Waiting 2 weeks was really frustrating as I couldn’t book clients in the meantime. However, once I was helped, the support was excellent, my issue was resolved, and I’m happily able to keep using Amelia.
