 * Are there any posts or documentation which would help me setup a development 
   server at home and install WordPress on this.
 * Currently I am using Frontpage to host a website for our club with a commercial
   hosting company. This is on a Windows Server due to Frontpage extensions.
 * Thinking about switching the current website to WordPress using a Linux server.
 * Before making the switch, I need to build up skills and let other members of 
   our club view proposed changes.
 * I am completely new to WordPress, so far I have got WordPress running using Microsoft
   WebMatrix.
 * To expose our development site to our members, can I do this using WebMatrix?
   Or should I use a spare pc to build a Linux server?
