 * Hi, There is no hover effect unfortunately. However, if it’s a video you can 
   use the “automatic thumbnail” feature (thumbnail with a play button).

 * Hi,
    I would very much like to do this, however, it gives me a blank (black) 
   thumbnail with the play button. No matter what video I post. Any thoughts on 
   how to get it to do a thumbnail? Or add an effect to my thumbnail? Thanks.
