How can I edit an empty style.css?

    I am new to wordpress. I’m trying to do a minor change in my wordpress-based website, correcting some margins and editing some words (ex: I want to change “Author Archives” with another words).

    But I can’t edit the style.css because it’s just empty. Can anyone help me?
    My site: komunitasubi.com. Running on RubberSoul theme.
