How can I install using SmartFTP?

    while i have a very good understanding of HTML, i am a newbie to the PHP and MySQL world. My FTP client is SmartFTP, and could you guys tell me how I could create a MySQL database for my word press? i don’t get any of this at all 🙁

    better yet, instructions for installing word press in smartFTP would be better 🙂
